Monk Fruit Drops 10 ml

Use one drop for one teaspoon of sugar, then adjust to your taste. A 10 ml bottle contains about 200 drops.

The drops add sweetness without bulk. The 200 g blend contains allulose, which gives it a spoonable texture for recipes.

A sugar that occurs naturally in small amounts in figs, raisins and wheat. It tastes close to table sugar and browns in the oven the way sugar does, which is why the 200 g jar can be measured into a recipe 1:1. It carries about 0.4 kcal per gram.

Drops (10 ml and 30 ml): purified water, monk fruit extract, vitamin C (ascorbic acid). Blend (200 g): allulose, monk fruit extract. The 200 g pack also carries an allergen advisory: processed in a facility that also processes tree nuts.
