Ingredients: ½ cup frozen mango chunks, 1 cup baby spinach, 200 ml coconut milk (unsweetened), 1 scoop protein powder (unflavoured or vanilla), 5–8 drops MonkVita Liquid, 4–5 ice cubes.
Method: Add coconut milk, spinach, and mango to a blender. Blend on high for 30 seconds. Add protein powder, MonkVita drops, and ice. Blend until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust sweetness.
3. Butter Chicken Glaze (Sugar-Free)

Method: Melt butter in a heavy pan over medium heat. Sauté ginger-garlic paste for 1 minute. Add tomato puree, chilli powder, and garam masala. Cook for 10–12 minutes until oil separates. Ingredients: 1 cup water, 1 cup full-fat milk, 2 tsp CTC tea leaves (Assam), 1 inch piece crushed ginger, 2 crushed cardamom pods, 1 small cinnamon stick, 6–8 drops MonkVita Liquid per cup.
Method: Bring water to a boil with ginger, cardamom, and cinnamon. Simmer for 2 minutes. Add tea leaves. Boil for 1–2 minutes until the colour deepens. Add milk and bring to a rolling boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 2 minutes. Strain into cups. Add MonkVita drops and stir.
